I read a link to an article in Prevention magazine that said 80/20 was the way to approach losing weight and eating right. Basically 80% of the time you eat/exercise healthy and 20% of the time (events, holidays, special occassions) you have a piece of cake, enjoy the buffett at a wedding, etc. So today, I had banana pudding for lunch. It was 2 co-worker's birthdays. Tonight, I am NOT going to eat a box of Girl Scout cookies. I might be able to get on board with this theory.
Good News - i've been living by the 80/20 rule
